Payments & Taxes

  • Payment for All Orders: To secure your order and ensure the immediate sourcing of ingredients, full payment is required when the order is submitted through the Shop the Oven checkout process.
  • Customization Policy: We focus on making perfect-tasting treats! We offer limited customization options such as frosting/glaze choice or nut inclusion. We do not offer complex decorating or design customization.
  • Taxes: Clients are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, which are included in the final cost of goods displayed at checkout.

Order Changes

  • All requests for changes (such as flavor, glaze, or nuts) must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date.
  • Changes requested after this deadline may be incorporated solely at the discretion of Lil' Puddin's Sweet Creations and may incur an additional fee.
  • No changes can be made within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up date.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Because planning and baking begin well in advance, our cancellation policy is based on the proximity of your scheduled pick-up date:

Allergy & Dietary Warnings

  • Lil' Puddin's Sweet Creations’ products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts.
  • Due to the nature of our home kitchen, we are unable to guarantee a completely cross-contamination-free environment and therefore cannot serve those with severe food allergies at this time.
  • The Client is responsible for alerting guests to potential allergy hazards.

Liability

  • Product Handling: Lil' Puddin's Sweet Creations is not responsible for any damage to the baked goods once they have been picked up or caused by anyone not employed by Lil' Puddin's Sweet Creations.
  • Safety: Lil' Puddin's Sweet Creations is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage which may result from the products/services provided.

Content Use

  • Lil' Puddin's Sweet Creations reserves the right to use all photographs, videos, or other content of your ordered treats for advertising and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by and agreed upon mutually with the Client.
A notice policy chart for refunds, with sections titled 'Notice Period' and 'Refund Policy.' The notice periods listed are '16+ Days Notice,' '8 to 15 Days Notice,' and '7 Days or Less Notice.' The refund policies state that with more than 16 days notice, you will receive a full refund; with 8 to 15 days notice, you will receive a 50% refund; and with 7 days or less notice, cancellations requested within seven days of the date do not qualify for a refund.
