1. How do I place an order with Lil' Puddin's Sweet Creations?

A: You can view our entire menu and place your pre-order by visiting our Shop the Oven page. All treats are baked fresh just for your order, so we require advance notice.

2. How far in advance do I need to order?

A: We generally require orders to be placed at least 48-72 hours in advance. Cakes, cheesecakes, and larger items may require a full week's notice. The specific lead time will be noted on the product page. Please contact us directly if you need a rush order.

3. Do you offer delivery?

A: Currently, we do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up at one of our designated locations.

4. Where do I pick up my order?

A: Since we operate as a home bakery, we utilize several convenient, predetermined pick-up locations. When you place your order, you will be prompted to select a general pick-up day/time. We will contact you directly (via email or text) within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm the exact address and schedule for your pick-up.

5. Can I customize my order?

A: We focus on the perfect flavor and texture! While we do not offer custom decorating (like fondant work or specific themes), you can select options like frosting/glaze flavor, with or without nuts, and other key ingredients directly on the product page when ordering.

6. What if I need to cancel or change my order?

A: Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Orders canceled after this deadline may only be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, as we purchase ingredients specifically for your order.
