My Name Is Debbie

I Live In Melbourne Australia
And I’m Married With 5 Wonderful Children
I’ve Been Interested In Doll Making
For All Of My Life Making My First Rag Doll
On A Sewing Machine When I Was About 9 Years Old.
In 1990 I Took Classes In Porcelain Doll Making,
It Was Very Costly And With 5 Children
I Found I Couldn’t Afford To Take It Up Full Time
So In 1996 I Started Making Mohair Bears And Dogs.
And Then One Day I Stumbled Across
The Most Amazing Doll Art “Reborning”
Once I Convinced Myself That These Dolls
Where Not Real Babies I Set Out To Research
All I Could About How They Where Created.
I Finally Was Able To Created My Own From A Kit 
 

I  Have Now Been Making These Wonderful Dolls Since 2003 
I Take Great Pride In My Work 
My Reward At The End 
Is Seeing The Joy My Creations Bring To Others
